From linear logic to the network of competencies
hyper intelligences and governmental auditing in the OnLIFE education paradigm
Abstract
The teaching and learning processes of governmental auditing are still largely tied to linear and Cartesianly structured pedagogical models, which do not accommodate the transformations brought about by digital technologies nor the contemporary demands of the labour market. From this misalignment, the research problematized the lack of integration among competencies, thereby highlighting the fragmentation and stagnation of traditional reference frameworks. Based on the OnLIFE Education Paradigm and the concept of hyperintelligences, an analysis was conducted of the competencies described in the frameworks of the Rui Barbosa Institute and the Institute of Internal Auditors. Gaps were identified in the approach to digital competencies and in the interconnection of competencies. This study proposes a tridimensional, connective, and inventive competency network, in which technical, behavioural, and digital competencies are articulated within formative ecosystems composed of humans and non-humans. Furthermore, it presented a differentiated conception for the training and development of competencies in governmental auditing.
