These sections can have diversified and specific titles. Also, observance is suggested in relation to the pertinence to the journal's editorial line and areas of interest.

3. Authors will NOT be charged fees of any kind for submitting or publishing articles.

Peer Review

After an initial evaluation by the editorial team, the texts will be submitted to the evaluation of one or two referee consultants, coming from an institution different from that of the author(s), in a blind process, in which the works are analyzed in relation to the following aspects:
- Adequacy of the title to the content;
- Structure of the publication;
- Explanation of the problem that generated the research;
- Clarity and pertinence of the objectives;
- Methodology;
- Results and discussion;
- Intelligible information;
- Appropriate citations and references to the technical standards adopted by the journal, and
- Pertinence to the editorial line of the publication.

Consultants fill out an opinion form (sent by the Editor), accepting, rejecting or recommending necessary corrections and/or adjustments. Every opinion will include its reasoning. This initial evaluation process may last three (3) or four (4) months, depending on the number of articles in the continuous flow in the period and, mainly, the availability of reviewers.

- The peer review process will preserve the identity of the authors, and their affiliations, and of the reviewers.
- After the return of the consultants' opinions, the manuscript is evaluated by the Editor, who may request other adjustments before final approval.
- In some cases, the editor may also request opinions from the Editorial Board before deciding whether to approve or reject the article.
- In case of identification of plagiarism in the manuscript, both by the evaluators and the editors, the submission will be rejected and archived and the authors informed.
- The editorial decision is then communicated to the author(s).
