Analisando a produção científica em Sistemas de Agroalimentares Localizados (SIALs) e inovações

Resumo

Os Sistemas Agroalimentares Localizados (SIALs) surgem como uma alternativa ao modelo agroindustrial globalizado, promovendo sustentabilidade e resiliência socioeconômica na produção de alimentos. Assim, o objetivo deste artigo é analisar a produção científica relacionada aos sistemas agroalimentares localizados e as inovações, com intuito de compreender o desenvolvimento e as principais contribuições da temática na esfera global.. Em termos metodológicos, realizou-se uma revisão bibliométrica na base de dados Scopus, utilizando termos relacionados a SIALs e inovação. A partir de buscas e delimitações, foram selecionados 87 artigos, analisados no software R-Bibliometrix. Os resultados indicam um crescimento significativo das publicações desde 2017, com destaque para Estados Unidos, França e Espanha como países líderes na produção científica sobre a temática. A análise de palavras-chave revelou a importância de termos como sustentabilidade, segurança alimentar, inovação social e governança nos estudos sobre SIALs. Além disso, a pesquisa revelou sete clusters temáticos, destacando diversos grupos e conceitos complementares ou relacionados, incluindo principalmente governança, inovação, agroecologia, sustentabilidade e cadeias curtas. Em considerações finais, destaca-se que a ciência sobre sistemas agroalimentares localizados e inovações está em crescimento, impulsionada por preocupações a respeito das necessidades de sustentabilidade e segurança alimentar. A inovação aparece como elemento central para a consolidação dos SIALs, promovendo resiliência e eficiência. No entanto, os desafios de governança e articulação entre atores locais carecem de maiores aprofundamentos.
