ANALIZAR LA PRODUCCIÓN CIENTÍFICA SOBRE SISTEMAS AGROALIMENTARIOS LOCALIZADOS E INNOVACIONES

Los Sistemas Agroalimentarios Localizados (SIAL) han surgido como una alternativa al modelo agroindustrial globalizado, promoviendo la sostenibilidad y la resiliencia socioeconómica en la producción alimentaria. El objetivo de este artículo es analizar la producción científica relacionada con los sistemas agroalimentarios localizados y las innovaciones, para comprender el desarrollo y las principales contribuciones del tema en el ámbito global. Metodológicamente, se realizó una revisión bibliométrica en la base de datos Scopus, utilizando términos relacionados con los SIAL y la innovación. A partir de las búsquedas y delimitaciones, se seleccionaron y analizaron 87 artículos mediante el software R-Bibliometrix. Los resultados indican un aumento significativo en las publicaciones desde 2017, destacando Estados Unidos, Francia y España como los países líderes en producción científica sobre el tema. El análisis de palabras clave reveló la importancia de términos como sostenibilidad, seguridad alimentaria, innovación social y gobernanza en los estudios sobre SIAL. Además, la investigación reveló siete grupos temáticos, destacando diversos grupos y conceptos complementarios o relacionados, incluyendo principalmente gobernanza, innovación, agroecología, sostenibilidad y cadenas cortas. En conclusión, la ciencia sobre sistemas agroalimentarios locales e innovación está en auge, impulsada por la preocupación por la sostenibilidad y las necesidades de seguridad alimentaria. La innovación parece ser un elemento central en la consolidación de los SIAL, promoviendo la resiliencia y la eficiencia. Sin embargo, los desafíos de gobernanza y articulación entre actores locales requieren mayor estudio.
